    職場からプライベートでのSNSまで、毎日膨大な量の情報を処理したり、多数の人とコミュニケーションをしなければならない環境にいるため、自分の思考を整理する時間をもつのはなかなか難しいことでした。 でも、Simple Habitを使うようになってから、朝のメイク時と夜の就寝時に、5分だけでも瞑想をする習慣が身につきました。忙しさのなかで蔑ろにしていた自分の心や身体の不調にも気づけるようになりました。 すべてのセッションは英語で行われます。セッションによっては高いリスニング力が求められるものもありますが、英語だからこそ楽しめるテーマや世界観が個人的には好きです。 一つだけ難点をあげるとしたら、有料プランのお値段が結構高いところかな。コンテンツの質が高いから妥当なのかもしれないけど…。無料プランでもそこそこセッションを受けられるので、すべて制覇したら有料プランにしようと思います。

    広告を見て興味を持ち、何気なくフリーアプリをダウンロードしました。 アプリ内課金をするつもりは毛頭なく、無料の範囲で利用してみようと思っていたのですが、トライアルに誘導されたと思い指紋認証を行なったら、結果、このアイテムを誤って購入してしまっておりました。 10,800円もするアイテムに課金したという事実は、クレジットカードの明細を見て初めて知りました。 非常にわかりにくいです、、、、
