App seems really useful but I can't figure out how to use it. The tutorial videos have no sound.

About a million times better than any other Japanese learning app I've ever seen. Articles + built-in dictionary + smart word tests = a whole lotta awesome

If you've been studying for several years or have N3 or above this will be incredibly helpful. Hopefully, it'll just get better and better.

This is the App, I have been looking for a very longtime. It is the perfect App to learn new words while reading a very interesting article without the bother of what this word mean or pronounced. Perfect App to recall all that you have learnt. It's absolutely free and Hats-off to the Developers and the one who had this Great Idea.
  • Definitely an upgrade in study material.

The app is literally the best of it's kind. And it's new so it's understandable that there are a few glitches. 3 things that I hope will improve in future versions: 1. The dictionary - if you all could find a way to work with Midori. That would be awesome. The meanings are sometimes too vague or not even close to an normal English definition for the word. Meaning I need to look of the meaning of the definition of the English definition I've gotten from that dictionary and I'm a native speaker of English. 2. The touch screen accuracy when trying to look up unknown kanji. I have to poke all around to get the word and if it's a multi-character word or grammar point it's near impossible to highlight it to try to get the correct reading of the kanji pair. 3. It would be great if there was a comprehension check at the end of the articles, with no more than 3 to 5 questions. If they were styled like the approximate JLPT reading level of the article. That would be even better. Thank you all so much for making this!
  • Not for beginners

The kanji's used in most of the articles are not for beginners. Maybe an option to select a level and the convert all the kanjis to hiragana in the article would make reading less intimidating.
