    This app is a great tool to make a habit of taking a moment to relax and I tend to have a good sleep after using it. Speakers are very clear in what they’re saying, though perhaps it would be very helpful if there are some language options for non-English speakers.

    It eases us into meditation and very naturally grows that skill. What makes this unique and better than other apps is the not as guided, yet commented sessions. This makes the meditation easier, yet doesn’t crowd the session or restrict it to a specific target. It seems to have various features in the paid prescription

    Very easy to adapt to your daily busy life. It feels like if you had a guide just for yourself. I really recommend it. Little by little my mind gets relaxed, even if ta few minues a day.

    Yes mindfulness is a good - the cause is good, but the availability/variety is lacking. Meaning calming sounds etc etc. when I’m listening to this trying the fall back asleep one, i wake up when a guy starts talking again after 5 min silence.
