    いろんな目的、シチュエーション、時間帯に合うプログラムがあり、定期的に新しいものもアップされて継続的に瞑想が続けられる工夫がされています。瞑想プログムのNetflixを目指しているとCEOがインタビューで言っていたのもうなずけます。ただし英語プログラムです。

    英語のガイドなので聞き取れていないことの方が多くて、ちゃんと出来ているかどうかはわからないけど、これを聴きながら、頑張って瞑想に励んでいます。無料の範囲でも十分楽しめます。

    デザイン性、操作性が良さそうだったのと、色々な場面でマインドフルネスができそうだということでダウンロードしました。デザインは可愛いし洗練されてて、簡単で分かりやすい。マインドフルネスのガイドも、(自分は英語ですが)優しくて、オーストラリアなまりが心地いい。無料で使うと、限りがあるけれど、その範囲内で今は十分です。優しくてやりやすい。

    Wonderful way to reset my mind on daily basis. It's simple but quite satisfying. Free courses are very good and I've been on several months now. The only problem is that it crashes now and then. They let us try this streak challenge but we can't make it since it crashes! I'm back to day one again, and it's discouraging.
