    When i decided to do fitness Journey. The only work out i know to do is run or walk in the thread-mill or use the Stationary Bikes. I don't have confidence to use other machines or do other work out exercise. BBG work out in Sweat App gives me confidence to do other work out because of its easy to follow work out circuit and well instructed exercises. Plus the seen result after a week of doing the work outs.
