    I love the Sweat With Kayla app. I've been using the guide on and off for a while but the app is so handy in so many ways and helps you actively keep track of your progress and schedule. Best ever exercise program... and I've tried a lot!

    it's like your own personal trainer in your pocket all the time. cheaper than going to a gym, but just right fee to keep you motivated!

    I love Kayla, and the BBG girls, but I have many free apps that are much better than this. It is very hard to move from workout to workout, day to day, and every time you go out of the app to get music, the circuit pauses. Makes for a very long 28 mins. It is not at the level of a pricy app and needs lots of work. Progress pictures are another pain. There is no way to add your own pictures for the first one, and resize and edit pictures after they have been taken. The progress pictures are very hard to line up properly, so I use a free app for those. There should be a page for a weekly weigh in or measurements. I have no idea how to update my weight without taking a picture. I hope it gets better!!
